FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q1.

WHAT IS A CONTENT CREATOR?

A wedding content creator captures the candid and behind-the-scenes moments of your wedding day using an iPhone and professional accessories. Unlike a traditional photographer or videographer, we focus on the raw emotions, and the in-between moments, which are then curated in a cinematic way, and are instantly available to save within your private gallery, or to share socially.

Q4.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

Wild Cherry content is captured on the latest Apple iPhone 16 Plus, enhanced with a market-leading gimbal, tripod support, professional lighting and high-quality audio equipment when needed.

Q2.

HOW MUCH CONTENT WILL WE GET?

You will receive access to hundreds of beautifully captured, raw moments and candid clips delivered within 24 hours of your event. In addition, you will be provided with professionally edited highlight videos within 48 hours of your event, each curated to reflect the emotion, beauty, and atmosphere of your day. Videos are edited with a refined cinematic touch, delivered in the signature Wild Cherry way.

Q5.

DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS?

My expertise is in content creation. While I may capture a few key photos throughout the day, my focus is on authentic, candid moments that tell your story through short-form video.

Q3.

DO WE NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER?

I always recommend having a professional wedding photographer. While I capture the emotions, candid moments and atmosphere of your day in a raw, storytelling way, your photographer creates timeless, high-resolution imagery for albums and prints. Together, our work forms a complete narrative, one that feels both beautifully polished and authentically alive.

Q6.

WHAT IF WE DON'T USE SOCIAL MEDIA?

Wedding content allows you to relive the emotion of your day in a deeply personal way. It doesn't have to be shared online, it can be privately shared with loved ones, or treasured as a modern, moving keepsake.

Q7.

DO YOU REPLACE A VIDEOGRAPHER?

While videographers create long-form films that take time to be delivered, I capture the heartfelt moments that are instantly shared from your phone. Together, these creative perspectives create a complete and artistic narrative. Many weddings embrace both, while some with a more modern, minimalist vision often choose to have a content creator alone, for a refined approach to storytelling.

Q10.

ARE YOU INSURED?

I hold comprehensive public liability and professional business insurance, together with an enhanced DBS check, offering complete reassurance for you and your venue. With Wild Cherry, every moment is captured with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Q8.

CAN YOU TRAVEL?

I’m based in the heart of the Somerset countryside, capturing love stories across the South West and throughout the UK. Travel is always available and included within 50 miles of my home postcode, with additional travel expenses chargeable thereafter. I’m available for weddings worldwide, specialising in Italian destination weddings, where romance and artistry meet in perfect harmony.

Q11.

CAN YOU TAILOR CONTENT FOR  US?

I take time to understand your vision, expectations, and aesthetic, ensuring every moment is captured to feel authentically you. Your content is tailored to reflect your unique style and always delivered in the signature Wild Cherry way.

Q9.

WHAT WILL YOUR EXPENSES BE?

For weddings over 120 miles away, or those held in London, I kindly request that a suitable hotel is booked. For destination weddings, flights and accommodation are to be covered. For bookings of 6 hours or more, I politely request a meal, typically served at the same time as your guests. All costs are outlined in full prior to booking, ensuring absolute transparency, and ease from the very beginning.

Q12.

GREAT, HOW DO WE BOOK?

After your initial enquiry, a £250 deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. Once confirmed, I’ll guide you through the entire process, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience throughout.
